About Sunny

I compute the timing, then build what runs.

  1. Your mentor

    Hi, I'm Sunny.

John Lewis Williams. Sunny, or Sun, to the people who know me. An AI transformation partner based in Bali. I deploy AI agents into businesses, safely, on top of the tools they already pay for.

  2. The roots

    It started with a newspaper.

Minnesota. I read my mother her horoscope, every day, out loud. “My mom didn’t really know English, so she would have me read the newspaper.” As told to Business Insider, 2022.

  3. The desk

    Tech sales since seventeen.

HP, Adobe, Apple, IBM. At that desk I learned how systems are built. Then money, then business, then AI.

  4. The press

    Then the press called.

Two years of showing up every day. In June 2022, Business Insider ran the story of how I built a business teaching timing online.

  5. The thesis

It was never the offer. It was the timing.

I compute your timing, then I build the thing that runs while it is true. The same offer lands or dies depending on when it arrives.

  6. The work

Not more tools. A layer over them.

I centralize the tools, deploy AI safely, and find the golden thread in your data. My own business runs on it first.

  7. How I think

Things are as easy as you make it.

Make it easy: if a system is complex, it is a draft. Find the binding constraint: the one thing that pays most if fixed. Then fix only that.

  8. The life

    Evenings belong to no client.

Mornings are content. Middays are build and delivery. At six the work stops and the sun goes down over Bali. Nothing books after that.
